Welcome to Viral and Beyond Academy (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable Indian laws and regulations including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and any guidelines set forth by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or Ministry of Education, where relevant.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian to use our services.
  • By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Nature of Services

Viral and Beyond Academy is an online educational platform offering digital downloads, including but not limited to:

  • Mass communication and digital media guides
  • PDFs, templates, and eBooks
  • Strategy tools for social media and content
  • Articles and exclusive blog content

All materials are for self-learning and informational purposes only and are not affiliated with any formal degree or university course.

3. Account Registration & User Responsibility

  • To access premium content, users must create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date personal information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Digital Products – Access, License, and Usage

  • Upon successful payment, users will receive access to the digital content either immediately or via email.
  • All digital materials are licensed to the user for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Users are strictly prohibited from:
    • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any digital products
    • Sharing access credentials or download links

Violation of this clause may result in account termination and legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

5. Payments, Invoicing & Razorpay Gateway

  • We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway for secure transactions.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or wallets supported by Razorpay.
  • A detailed invoice will be shared post-transaction as required under GST and e-invoicing norms.
  • Pricing is listed in INR and may be subject to applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not applicable once access is granted or files are downloaded.
  • Exceptions may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or technical error from our side. Such requests must be made within 3 days of the transaction via email to info@viralandbeyondacademy.com.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Some blog articles and content may contain affiliate links (e.g., Amazon, BigRock, Meesho).
  • We may earn commissions from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to the user.
  • These links do not influence our editorial integrity. We comply with Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 by disclosing any paid endorsements or partnerships.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, visuals, tools, brand names, logos, and trademarks on the site are the intellectual property of Viral and Beyond Academy, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and international treaties.
  • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of our material is strictly prohibited and may lead to civil and/or criminal penalties.
  • Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their privacy policies, terms, or practices.
  • Usage of third-party tools or websites is at your own discretion.

10. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from:

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Technical glitches or service interruptions beyond our control

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product/service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viral and Beyond Academy and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
For any disputes, claims, or legal matters, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
